Tips:
1, The input power cables must be connected correct.
2, Before connecting the controller to the APP, make sure to switch the controller’s output mode to match the LED strip connected to it. You can swtich the output mode by short pressing “SET” button on the controller.
3, Ensure that the total power consumption of the LED strip does not exceed the maximum working power limit of the controller. DC12V@180W, DC24V@360W.
4, If the LED strip exceeds 20M in length, it is advisable to divide it into two segments and connect each segment to the controller in parallel. As there is voltage drop once the strip’s length longer than 10M.
5, Ensure that there has a strong and stable WiFi signal while the controller is working.
